Cancelling Subscriptions I need to know how to cancel a subscription. I thought I could just cancel by emailing the support sytem (as the fine print says when I paid for the service), but the support form says that they now ignore emails that are not technical-related! What do I do to cancel a subscription? |

Re: Cancelling Subscriptions You can cancel a subscription directly through your paypal account. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Re: Cancelling Subscriptions How do you cancel? Am coming up against the same thing as original poster. Went into my paypal account and transaction has already been completed. Do I use that customer support email or do I open a dispute with Paypal? There is no other choices to say 'cancel subscription' on the paypal page. Thanks. |

Re: Cancelling Subscriptions And if you need a refund for the currently billed period (because Cancel Payments will only cancel future ones), let me know. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Re: Cancelling Subscriptions Ok, support. I need a refund for the payment that was taken from my account this month. I cancelled my subscription months ago by emailing support yet the you still billed the anual fee. I don't think the option to cancel at paypal existed at the time. Anyway, how do I proceed? Thanks, ttiali |

Re: Cancelling Subscriptions All set. I have sent a refund to the address you used when you subscribed. And for other readers who might benefit, the PayPal subscription cancellation option has always been present. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Re: Cancelling Subscriptions Support, What address is that? When I subscribed, I gave you an email address, website, and paypal account. The refund has not appeared in my PayPal account. You should refund the money to the account from which you took it. Regards, ttiali Transaction: Subscription Payment Sent (ID #42N63130YR294864S) In reference to:S-27741521MX621872V |

Re: Cancelling Subscriptions Since you didn't send the subscription info, I had no information about your transaction. I will refund based on this new info, and count on you to not collect the other payment that was already sent ![]() Whoops - now I'm confused: I checked the transaction and it seems you already filed a dispute with Paypal and were refunded on 8/25? ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
