Multiple Calendars
When I opened my account a year ago - I had the capability of having multiple calendars. My account auto-renewed and now all but my "root" calendar are gone. Did the auto-renew renew the wrong level of my account? Are those calendars still available as they were set-up? I have websites linked to the calendars that I can longer see, so I need this to get resolved ASAP..

We don't delete any calendars (even if a subscription lapses), so if you can send me a link to a page where you no longer see a calendar, that would be helpful.

Your "JimLaydon" calendar is active (with a premium subscription)

I don't see that this account is set up for cobranding, so I'm not sure where you created the other calendars. Once you send me a link(s) I can start to track down this issue further.
