sad   Cannot add a new event
The ability to add an event is gone. Not sure why. I paid for the upgrade, but still not showing.

Please help.

Do you mean the ability to allow users to add events at your public calendar view (https://localendar.com/public/CRGOffice)?

It appears that your subscription expired 6/15/22, and a renewal could not be processed by Paypal when it came due. If you wish to reactivate your subscription, the easiest way is to create a brand new one by clicking the Subscribe Now button on the left when you are signed in. If you go this route, let me know and I will cancel the old subscription to make sure it never becomes active again (potentially causing a double-billing)

I did pay for the premium upgrade, charged on my CC. I just can't link it anywhere can you?

I've checked paypal and I don't see any recent transactions on your account. So the first thing I'd like to do is find out when you paid, and where that payment was applied.

We generally don't like to conduct these details on the forums since they are public. Would you mind opening a support ticket so we can continue our discussion 1:1? Just click the Contact Us link in the footer and select "Subscription Activation" in the dropdown.

If you do have a payment date, email, or transaction id, it would be helpful if you included that as well.
