My account was not renewed.
Hi, I'm still waiting for my activation, we made a payment on 4/29 by PayPal.
Let me know if you need more details to renew my account.

It looks like the account was renewed on 5/6 via Paypal. You've been a member since 2015; have renewals always been out of sync with your account?

It's possible things were hung up on the Paypal side, but they do not show us that info.
