Cancel subscription / refunds
Hi,

I signed up to your premium service over a year ago, and then decided that the service you provide was not quite what I needed. I hads assumed that I had only paid for one year and that I would be prompted for subsequent subscription fees, so it was with surprise that I recieved a payment confirmation email from Paypal.

I would like to cancel my subscription and if possible would appreciate a refund for the recent payment [which I did not want to make]

If you examine the admin log-in logs you will see that I have not made use of the service for quite some time

I did send an email on this subject, but I did not recieve a reply.....

I would be grateful for a reply !

We can refund the payment, however the subscription is something you'll need to cancel through your PayPal account.

I would like to cancel my account too. I already sent a message through the contact request, but no one responded. I will cancel my auto renewal through paypal, but could you please refund me. My account just renewed.
