confused   Premium Service
Paid for a premium subscription and can't activate it. Also, I am not getting any response from emails sent.

I'm trying to straighten this out, but even the mails you have sent to support don't seem consistent :-(

You have more than a dozen calendars - which is fine - but one of your messages mentioned lw-c1 and another lw-c2. I can't find a paypal receipt for either of these, nor for the different email addresses associated with your calendars.

If you could sign into your paypal account and get the transaction # for the payment you sent, it would be a huge help.

Please make sure to use the Contact Us form on your calendar. General emails to support@localendar usually wind up in the bit bucket b/c of all the spam we receive. The Contact Form messages definitely get through.

I don't see the new message: If you have the PayPal id, can you just post that? It is useless to anyone except you and us.

ALso, what subscription package did you purchase, and for what member logon? I would be more than willing to activate it immediately in good faith, I just don't know which one to do for you sad

I purchased the $129.95 package and thought I did under lw-c1, because I had my other calendars under this. Here is the PayPal info
