Premium Services I purchased the $10 service, but now I would like to upgrade to the webmaster version. However, I don't want to pay $30 on top of the $10 I just paid. Is there anyway to upgrade? Thank you, Bette Carl TrackOne Radio trackoneradio@gmail.com |

Re: Premium Services Sure. Just sign up for Premium Webmaster. In the meantime, I'll cancel your existing subscription and refund your payment. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Re: Premium Services Hi We purchased a $10 subscription to localendar on 1 October 2008 and our group has decided we want to have the $30 subscription now to have others be able to add their events. If I pay the $30 now through PayPal can we get a refund on the $10 that has already been paid please- ie is the policy as seems to have been outlined here still in effect? Thanks This is the calendar under user "commoncorners" This might be a good idea for a FAQ entry - to explain about how to upgrade during a subscription term. Roger Moffat DataMaster@wmgs.org Thanks |

Re: Premium Services Policy is the same as others that you can be refunded. However, I cannot find your information in PayPal with the email and logon that you provided here. I need you to sign into PayPal and send me the transaction ID # so I can cancel/refund your account accurately. Please send me an email. Thank you, Sarah Giles Support Associate Localendar |

Re: Premium Services Hi Sarah Sorry this has taken a while - I didn't see the post from you. I don't see how to eMail you, so I'll post this here. This goes back a ways now, but we still want to go ahead with the upgrade. The original transaction came from onlinepayments@wmgs.org The transaction ID was either of Unique Transaction ID #0YC28718YF494625P or Unique Transaction ID #6S745281D2078600P I paid for 2 calendars at that time and can't tell which one was which. But it's the one associated with commoncorners.com that I want to upgrade to a WebMaster account. You can eMail me at DataMaster@wmgs.org with details on how to proceed. Thanks Roger |
