Premium memeber but ads still showing
A few weeks ago we purchased the premium package to get rid of the ads. However they are still showing: http://www.localendar.com/public/CalvaryValley

Please advise...

I can't find the PayPal receipt just yet - do you have the email from them?

In the meantime, I activated you for Premium Basic (not sure if that's what you purchased) - so you at least won't have the ads.

A few weeks ago there was one of those famous communication issues w/ PayPal which prevented some activations from being sent correctly.

I first posted on this nearly a month ago; what is the status of this?

Can I please get some confirmation when this is taken care of permanently??

Re: Premium memeber but ads still showing
I see your subscription was activated on 3/19, the same date you posted the link to the receipt.

If you're still seeing the ads, you should make sure your browser isn't caching an old version of the web page. For IE, check under Tools-> Internet Options-> Settings, and make sure "Every visit to the Page" is selected.

sad   Re: Premium memeber but ads still showing
I have the same problem. I have repeatedly contacted localendar but they NEVER respond, even though I have a paid subscription. Does anyone know how to get them to respond? Or do they never respond? I just submitted a dispute with Paypal. Maybe they will finally respond. I like the calendars in general, but CS sucks and I am extremely disappointed. I will be looking elsewhere. Suggestions are welcome.

listing801,

Your subscription was activated, and your calendar shows no ads at http://www.localendar.com/public/listing801

As I suggested via private message, perhaps your browser is caching old version of pages. I would suggest you check from another machine - and also note the correct subscription expiry date on the left menu when you are signed in.

Re: Premium memeber but ads still showing
Unfortunately the ads are still there. We clear cache every night. We tried it on a different machine. I had friends of mine in different states look at it - we all saw ads. I got really excited when I finally got a response from someone at localendar but that was a week ago and once again no response (and of course no refund). Plus I thought there was a 30 day trial period. At least that's what it says on your website.

Re: Premium memeber but ads still showing
I just visited your public calendar again at
http://www.localendar.com/public/listing801 and can confirm there are no ads there.

You have 18 different localendar accounts.
The subscription that is active is for the listing801 account.
