cannot login to site
I cannot log in to our organization's account, so can't even post to this forum. I have used the contact us link but have not heard back yet. This is rather urgent as we need to post calendar updates ASAP. I had to log in using a different user/pw for a different account in order to even post here in the forum.

welcome to the club. Fortunatly, I can login to update my calendar but can not access the discussion on my paid account. I did the same thing as you did, to get here. I created a free account which allows access to all features for 30 days.

If you can't log on, and you are posting under a temporary account, then I need the account name that you *are* trying to use in order to help.

I can't figure out what your "real" account is from these temporary ones.
