Security/permisions
I need to have a number of calendars. (Lets say it is a calendar for each group) Is there a way that I can retain control of all the calendars yet allow 1 other person from each group to be able to add events? They do not need to be able to change the layout

Thank You BK

Re: Security/permisions
There is a way...
What you can do is give each person their own calendar/password which (after enabling free Basic Cobranding) you will create at:

http://www.localendar.com/cobrand/bkelley

Your main calendar, bkelly, will need *at least* a Premium Basic subscription, which will give you "calendar merging" (on the Premium Menu tab). What you want to do is merge each individual's calendar onto the bkelley calendar.

Now, the events that each person adds/changes/removes will be automatically all shown on the bkelley calendar. But no individuals will be able to change calendars/events other than their own. You can also custom-code the events to show which calendar they came from.
