Sorry if this has been asked and ans before smile

Can I ad a link to my emails that when clicked they go directly to my calendar.

Sure; as long as your email client supports embedding HTML, all you'd need to do is add:

<A href="http://www.localendar.com/public/bisymom">Go to my calendar</A>
