Request for help in preventing event_reminders from being sent. I would like to stop the event_reminders being sent to my email address. My localander accounts were deactivated (at my request) a few months ago but I for some reason am still receiving an event reminder. Would one of the administrators please advise me of how to go about stoping the event reminders from being sent. Thanks. |

Re: Request for help in preventing event_reminders from being sent. The reminders may be coming from friendshipandharmony, one of my old accounts, which was deleted on or about Sep 8, 2007. I can provide the email address (offline) to which the event_reminders are being sent if that would be helpful. No, I didn't file a trouble ticket but if that's what I need to do, please advise the process. P. S. I recieved another event_reminder on Jan 2nd. |
