Paid for basic premium, it has been 25 minutes still not updated
I also cannot upload any images before which is a 30 day basic subscribtion and after I paid for the subscribtion. Either way, I cannot upload any clipart, the button to due so is not even active.
What is going on please. And yes, paypal said it would take 10 minutes to activate subscribtion and its been over 25 minutes. Reading other post it seems like your service does not do what you present to its customers. Fix please and respond

I see your premium Basic subscription was activated as of Dec 18,2007 at 3:51. So I'm not sure if you are still having difficulty.

I apologize for any delay greater than 25 minutes for activation. This is a bust time of year for PayPal, and I have noticed some delay in their notifications. Your understanding and patience is appreciated.
