Account didn't renew automatically
Hello,

We purchased a premuim package last year that was set to expire on May 9, 2008. I had read in previous posts that subscriptions are supposed to automatically renew; however, we lost our premium service on the expirations date and the credit card used orginally was not charged.

Can you please explain why this happened?

According to an email we received from PayPal, your subscription was cancelled.

Date of cancellation: Apr. 2, 2008

I've turned your premium services back on for a month so you don't have further downtime. But you will have to sign up again if you want them to continue.
