Renewal of Premium services - see entry below
I have been reading through some of the other posts and found one with a similar query, and the reply from Admin said the problem was caused by that person changing their personal details (name). I think this may also be applicable to me, as I changed my details during the year, my calendar name was previously 'wink', not famcglinn as now.
