Subscription Activation - Requesting Change
Hello - I need to change my subscription from premium webmaster to premium personal. My paypal account got charged $29.95 on 8/19, a full month before my renewal was up. I no longer need the print feature and want to downgrade to basic premium service for $9.95 per year. Please refund my account $20 and respond at your earliest opportunity. thank you
