This client bought a subscription for a calendar but when I log into the account using either of the usernames both are showing up with ads? Which of the two usernames is the right one for the ad free calendar? Help?

This issue is apparently that you changed your member name to mjross18 after you purchased the subscription under the name mikeross.

I have updated your subscription, but paypal doesn't know about the change. I would recommend cancelling your subscription now, and when it runs out, purchasing a renewal.
