It appears you uploaded a bad CSS file (perhaps in an attempt to customize your forums' look and feel?)

You (or the webmaster) can't just use any CSS file; it must be based on the one provided on the upload screen (you can click near the bottom to download a sample style.css file to customize)

I have reset your forums back to the default look-and-feel.
