Ads still appearing after paying for Premium subscription We use localendar on our library website. We pay for the Premium subscription so that ads are not included. I paid for the subscription renewal in December 08 and the ads started reappearing a couple of weeks ago. I'd just like the ads removed. Thanks very much. |

Re: Ads still appearing after paying for Premium subscription I actually show that your account expired 1/12/09. I looked up your email associated with your account in the PayPal system and did not find your payment information. Did you receive a confirmation number that PayPal processed your subscription? If so, please email it to me and I can try to help you from there. Otherwise, I would contact PayPal directly and find out where the mix up was. Sarah Giles Support Associate Localendar |

Re: Ads still appearing after paying for Premium subscription I am recieving google adds on different days of the month. When I click on the add it will close out but then a new add appears either on the same day or a differnt day. There all over the calendar. |

Re: Ads still appearing after paying for Premium subscription I signed up today for a premium ad-free calendar, and the ads are all over the place! My paypal receipt went through just after 10am EST. It is now after 5pm EST, and I am still looking at those horrid ads on my calendar despite signing out and signing in again. This is extremely unfortunate because I sent out a huge email today to my listserve telling my subscribers to check out the new ad-free calendar. This is NOT impressive. I would like to know where to obtain the ad-free html that I paid for. |

Within the past 20 hours, for approximately 15,000 members, a recent change caused ads to appear on the month block-view (not Month-List, or the other views or feeds) of published calendars. We became aware of the issue and immediately created and tested a patch. I've sent the info you requested to support@localendar but I've gotten no personal response and there's been no resolution of problem. I am slightly frustrated at this point as it has gone on for some weeks now. Thanks for anything you can do. |
