What's the deal with Premium subscriptions failing?
We have subscribed to Premium service for some time now. On April 22 PayPal processed a payment to Localendar.com for our automatic renewal, but now our Localendar.com account has been downgraded to Standard service. This means ads are appearing in our calendar and all of the clip art that we have uploaded has disappeared. We demand that Localendar.com rectify this immediately, restoring our Premium service, removing all advertising and restoring our missing clip art.

This poor quality service is completely unacceptable. From the messages we are seeing here, Localendar.com has some serious problems. If Localendar.com can't get it together, your customers will start leaving in droves. Word to the wise!

Please see my reply to your other post.

I suspect you have more than 1 calendar, as the PAM05293 calendar has an active premium subscription and is working properly. Alas, you have not provided any helpful information here: The web address of the calendar you are using, the paypal transaction id, etc.

please provide some background that will help us resolve the issue instead of simply complaining.
