Ads appeared; went away; reappeared I do have the Premium service. There had been an issue about whether payment had been made but I sent information needed. The ads went away for quite a while but now they're back. Our calendar is for a high school library and we'd love the ads to be removed permanently. Thanks. |

Re: Ads appeared; went away; reappeared What calendar are you addressing? I looked at johnhorn, and its subscription expired on 5/19, and I couldnt find a renewal from Paypal. Nevertheless, I turned off ads until 6/19 just in case. I tracked down your payment and updated your expiry date to 1/19/2010 (payment + 30 days after.. roughly) I'm not sure why Paypal didn't send us the correct notification, but it happens sometimes.
