Sharing How can you add members to view? When I type a name it says they are not localendar members? How do they become one? Then once they are one how do I add them? |

Re: Sharing Hi BDHSCHEER, Please refer to the mail I sent asking if this is what you really want to do.. If you choose to restrict your calendar to specific people, they will need to create [free] accounts at localendar.com before you can add them to this list (so that they get their own id/passwords) ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

If I want to show a customer what dates are still open. Is copy and paste the only way to show them the open dates? |

Re: Sharing If I was putting something together for this, I'd probably create a public calendar with no security. And anytime a date was taken, I'd add an event on that day called "Booked" (or Busy, etc) This would work well with the mini calendar view (example here: http://www.localendar.com/samples/mini2/index.html ) You could even add text below it saying something like "shaded dates are unavailable" Of course, the other calendar views would work well with this approach too. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
