Premium service has not been accessible
I have tried to contact you but have been told to come to this forum for an expedient answer. I used the contact format in the "contact us" in May and now my board has asked again why the public can not access our calendar and post events so I thought my contact would have gotten results but I guess it has not. THUS this means that we have not had access to what we have paid for, for six months or more.

How can we get this cleared up to have the calendar work from our website. Should we reload it or is there a reason why this has stopped working? Nonetheless we are due to renew in November, however if we have not had access to this link for 6mo is there some credit we can have before you take more money for a renewal. We have been members for at least 3yrs. We like the service but may have to seek alternative calendars that we can depend on... and this depends on your answer.

I tried to communicate privately but was told to come to this forum, yet if I could be told to come here, why should that have caused more time to be without this feature we have paid for since November of 2008? And have gone half a year without it, because of "contact us" not being the accepted source for tech support.

Well here I am in the "forum" can you help me NOW???

Re: Premium service has not been accessible
A calendar needs at least a Premium Webmaster subscription to turn on the button to allow visitors to add events. Here is the history of your account:

July 2006: account signed up for Premium Webmaster
July 2007: subscription renewed
July 2008: 3 attempts to renew subscription fail; subscription is automatically cancelled
Oct 2008: Account resubscribed for Premium Basic

So, the reason that you have not had access to that feature, is that when the account was re-subscribed, it was to a lower-level subscription.

Web Premium not available.
Please see what the problem is NOW. Our buttons for access are MISSING AGAIN. We have paid for WEB Premium... and we have complaints once again that there is no access to our calendar.

We paid... now please fix this problem. We are good till November 2010
