Repeat events of every other month
I'd like to see a way to have a repeat even feature that would let me select every even or every odd month. Almost every club I belong to meets every other month rather than every. This would be a tremendous help. Thank you

Re: Repeat events of every other month
Thanks for the suggestion! Our developers are looking into the "calendar math" an User Interface changes required to make that happen.

Re: Repeat events of every other month
I would also like to see this. Additionally, I'd like to have a few additional options in Repeating Events.

1) I'd like to be able to disable one (or more) occurrences of a monthly event. For example: I set up a recurring monthly event, except that we don't meet in December because of all the other activities happening in that month, and one of our summer meeting is a cookout rather than a format meeting. I know I could set them up as individual meetings, but it would be easier to set them up one as a recurring event and then cancel the two.

2) When a recurring event is set up in localendar, you assume that each day of the event starts and ends at the same time, which may or may not be correct. Allow me to set up a recurring event (3 day convention) AND to set each day's start/end time individually.

Re: Repeat events of every other month
For at least #1, we already have a solution. You can enter dates in the "Skip dates" section, and the event wont be shown in that instance.

For example, enter your Dec dates when you don't meet, and the event wont be shown on those days

For #2.. that would be a tough architectural change to make. A repeating event is a "repeating event". At best we could possibly make it easier to "break" into separate events with different details, but that would mean each would exist completely standalone.
