Premium subscription not turned on Please advise why I am unable to access premium features. I completed subscription form and Pay Pal has charged my account. |

Re: Premium subscription not turned on THIS COULD BE THE SHORTEST PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION ON RECORD IF WE CANCEL ONE DAY AFTER WE SUBSCRIBED SINCE NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO OUR CONCERN. DOES ANYONE MANAGE THESE POSTS? |

Re: Premium subscription not turned on Yes, we manage these posts. However, as previously noted we do not offer 24/7 support. If you would please provide us with some more information regarding your recent subscription it would be helpful. The calendar "hcmgroup" currently shows an expiration of 10/25/09 (trial calendar). We would need your PayPal confirmation information such as your Invoice ID, Transaction ID, etc. to further help. If you wish to email the information rather than post it, please feel free to do so. Re: Premium subscription not turned on I will email you the information. Comment: I understand you do not provide 24/7 service but it is extremely difficult to know how you offer support. For instance in your reply to my post you suggest I can send an email without providing an address. I had to get your email address from PayPal. Honestly, I'd like to make this work but I have found it very difficult to complete simple tasks. |
