REFUND
How many times to I have to send a request for A REFUND. . .BECAUSE AGAIN. THE ACCOUNT GOT CANCELED BEFORE WE ASKED FOR A REFUND!

As I noted on your support ticket, we cannot give refunds after 11 months have passed (whether you have used the calendar or not)

Your calendar would have renewed this month, but since you cancelled your subscription, that will naturally not occur.
