confused   Premium not showing up
I paid for my church to have the premium service but it is not showing up on the calendar.

Our administrative assistant is now the webmaster and he is using the sign-on holycove. I believe that mine was hcbarb.

Please check the church account and see what is going on and have my purchase of $29.95 changed over to them.

Also they want to change the credit card etc used. We cannot find a place to update the credit card information.

I can't find a record in our logs. Do you have a confirmation receipt from Paypal? This will contain a subscription and/or transaction ID I can track down.
