Premium Services not active
I upgraded to Premium Services Aug 18 and I am still not able to use them. When I try to use the Discussion Board it displays the following message:

We're sorry...

This premium service option has expired for this account.
To renew this service, please visit our Premium Services subscription page

Help!

An email was also sent to you regarding this issue. In order to look into this further I need to have the PayPal confirmation of your recent payment. Please send this via email and I will look into it further.
