Size of interactive week block view calendar?
Like browneil I am having a problem sizing the interactive week block view calendar. I have a maximum available space of W 832 and H 907 but I can not seem to get the whole calendar in that space. I do not want to use the minie calendar option. Do you have any other suggestions confused
your help would be appreciated

Yes, we are still waiting as well, and crossing our fingers that Support can help us make this work!

As amazing as we'd like to think we are wink we still can't fit 10 pounds of sausage in a 5 lb bag.

If the calendar is too big to fit a given space, you need to reduce the events on the calendar, or increase the height on the HTML you've pasted. Without an example link to your site I can't suggest many other options (Other than to use other calendar views, which you've already mentioned)

Here is what I am running into.

Would a frame help?
I know that I can shrink the calendar by removing some of the pictures but I rather not.
As you can see I moved away from the interactive style.
Would reducing the text size help?
Thanks,
smile

Re: Size of interactive week block view calendar?
This seems to be a problem only with internet explorer. Your calendar works fine using Google Chrome.

I am having the same problem and since most PC users are still IE bound, I wish localendar programmers would write the word-wrap script into their code. Or provide a means by which we administrators could implement that is the default section.

This really should be a simple solution. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Hi marrie,

Your calendar is wrapping fine for me in IE7, Chrome, and Firefox.

I havent tested in IE6, but of course I have to ask if that's what you're using confused

GCCF - I havent seen a link to your site, but I'd like to. Have you tried putting the calendar in a fixed-width DIV or TABLE? The calendar should already wrap, however some items (like images and some types of hyperlinks) cannot be wrapped.

Change the code so you can use the scroll bar,ie yes instead of no in the code. You can reduce the height of the calendar.

Re: Size of interactive week block view calendar?
Judy is correct; you can also say scrolling=yes to add scrollbars.

Or, use the non-interactive Include style (that just means you wont have month forward/back arrows). This style writes HTML directly into your web page instead of relying on an iFrame.

Re: Size of interactive week block view calendar?
Change the HTML height to1500 and the width 100% . Or play with the height until you get the results you are looking for.
