Certain Uploaded pics not able to apply to event
First off, I have been a customer for years and like the product. Recently, I have uploaded a couple pictures to my image file and some of them will not get applied to the event. I have checked the file sizes and I am well under the limits. Any thoughts???

Do they still show in your clipart library after the upload? If so, can you tell me the names (or is the problem intermittent?)

Can you open a support ticket for this? We'll be able to start an email exchange and you can attach the images there for us to test with, too.
