Email system to announce change or added events
When a calendar event changes, how do users sync the changes with their smart phones and Outlook calendars?

Is there a way to make a change notification email to get sent out to an address or set of addresses for existing event edits with an .ics attached for them to update their calendars?

We currently dont support a method to subscribe to event changes via email.

However, if a user subscribed to your calendar's iCal feed, their calendars should be updated automatically.
