unable to access premium services
Same thing here. Paid for premium service and have not been able to access the services. Sent 2 emails via the form and have not received a response back.

You should have already received a mail about this; I checked your account and it's good through 7/2006

Subscribed to premium services, with PayPal acknowledgment. Cannot access features.
How do I get this activated?

Because your subscription is being sent via PO, it is most likely taking longer. I'm checking into it.

MtOlvie: Your payment was received today and your subscription has been activated. There was a minor delay b/c you didn't include your member name on the payment.

Also unable to access premium services. Had it for several days after PayPal went through, then gone. Sent 3 emails. Just getting autoresponse. HELP!

Your subscription is active, however I don't see the Printable View button turned on. This is something you have to enable under the Options menu. smile
