No Times required
What if I have an item that is not an "event" per se, but more of a memo to visitors to take care of something within a certain time frame? I don't want a clock time posted, nor hours of duration.
EX: Remind visitors the last week of the year to purchase their next year's fishing license before the end of the week/year. They can do it any time they want; it's not a set event.
I could also see this as a courtesy reminder for renewing membership or other similar things that are calendar-based.

I saw a post suggesting using "All Day Event" but that still suggests a time frame, or that it is a "daytime" thing. Just an option to not post a time would be great.

Re: No Times required
I'd still suggest "All Day". If you're using the month-view, then no time information is shown.

That's what I did. What I don't like about that in the popup description is that it says "All Day Event." It looks like it will take all day to renew my membership, get a license, take out the trash tongue -- whatever.
Just an observation...

Re: No Times required
Alternatively, I think if you make the start and end times the same, just the start time is shown w/ no end.
