Premium account -- now seeing ads
Hello:

I've had a premium account since I signed up years ago.

All of a sudden, I am seeing ads in the title area of my calendar.

Please fix this!!

Same problem with our premium account. The ads are at the top of the calendar. AND, another problem is that the calendar is completely blank! I was updating entries earlier today when all of a sudden the update button would not work and I ultimately got an error message that the page could not be displayed. At this point, the page is displaying, albeit with no events, and the ads are showing up at the top of the calendar. Thanks for your attention to this issue. Same here. We were ad-less last time I looked but was confronted with a StitchFix ad just now. Shepherd of the Hills, West Bend, WI.

Was surprised to see ads this morning as we have the Premium service as well. Glad I'm not the only one.
Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Add us to the list of affected Premium users now having ads displayed. Any ETA for a fix? Thanks... Ken

We are having the same problem here http://www.burwood.nsw.gov.au/2016/whats_on_in_burwood.html Not a good look. Have emailed but no reply. Please fix.

Susan C here -- original poster of this thread. For those who are wondering... Still seeing ads.
And, clearly, I"m not the only one.
I'm thinking that there are LOTS of Premium
accounts who are getting ads.

Normally, we get a quick response
from the Localendar folks.
So the silence so far is a bit surprising,
considering the nature of the problem.

I am seeing ads too and when I tried to submit a support ticket, I get a message to post my question in the Forum! What's up!. Does anybody know?

I, too, am seeing ads and when I used the "contact" and sent localendar a message about it, I, too, received a standard reply about checking the forum. I was glad to see I was not the only one with this issue. Hopefully they will address it soon!

Has anyone from localendar even see this? Major reputational damage being done both to localendar and it's clients but there not even a note to say it's on their radar and being looked at.

We need some feedback on this, if it's not getting fixed immediately I'll have no choice but to take the calendar down on my site, there's no way I want to be serving up ads.

Surely this is a legal breach of contract. Wake up localendar and tell us this is being fixed NOW!

I am also seeing ads, and the images are not showing up (premium feature).

Is anyone from localendar reading this? Does anyone know if they have a support phone number or email address? I feel like nobody is going to pay attention to this. This needs to be resolved!
