tweets not going to twitter hello, i am new to localendar and have authorised tweets to go (am checking to see if it works) all seems fine, authorised and set up a reminder/ tweet but nothing is going to twitter is this a current issue? or am i missing something? thanks :) |

Re: tweets not going to twitter I've sent some test tweets from events on my calendar and they've all gone through OK. Re: tweets not going to twitter Thank for getting back to me i've scheduled a tweet to go tonight Saturday 1st October (CET) and Monday 3rd at 11 pm - - the event is called 'HOTSPACE' just to check again, ill report back but i did try to send about 4 last week and nothing went |

Re: tweets not going to twitter Just to report back that the scheduled tweet from last night did not go, maybe the one tomorrow will, but it does't look likely based on whats happened so far am at a loss thanks |

Re: tweets not going to twitter Hello, just to confirm that i scheduled 2 tweets yesterday, one at 5 pm one at 11pm (CET) both named 'hotspace' - none of these went which means that none of my scheduled tweets (about 8 now) have gone can someone help me sort this out? many thanks :) |

Re: tweets not going to twitter So, this is what I uncovered so far... It's not that your account isn't wired to twitter correctly, it seems that none of your reminders are going out. I tested this by setting an email reminder at the same time as the tweet, and I didn't get the email or see anything in out logs. I *suspect* it might be related to your timezone, but I have no direct evidence yet. Re: tweets not going to twitter I'm sure we can fix it, but it's just a bit of trouble to test. Your event is at a particular time and timezone... our servers are set on GMT, and the person testing is sitting in a third timezone. Re: tweets not going to twitter I completely understand about the time issue, it really does my head in trying to work things out, if it helps i could reset everything my end to GMT - but only if that helps, don't want to muddy the waters with more things thanks for keeping me updated :) |

Re: tweets not going to twitter Hello, I've just realized my tweets linked to localendar are not being sent out. It appears the account is authorized and both localendar and twitter are in the same time zone. Everything was working up until Feb 11 2017. Please let me know what can be done to resolve the issue. Our tweets are scheduled to go out 6 hours and 3 hours prior to the event, yesterday I had to do it manually. Thank you in advance for your help. |

Re: tweets not going to twitter We have been doing some work with the "Reminders" code on localendar to address issues with people in certain timezones not being notified correctly. A recent change impacted reminder-generation for single occurrence (non repeating) events. Because reminders are also how scheduled tweets are sent, this affected your tweets as well. We've made some additional changes and tested, and the reminders+tweets should now be restored.
