My calendar is not taking new events --please help!! Yesterday, my calendar stopped adding new events. Today is the same problem. Please help asap, it's imperative that people can add to this as I've just sent out a notice telling everybody to add stuff. ![]() |

Re: My calendar is not taking new events --please help!! I just deleted one entry and added a test entry and that worked. Does this mean that we are only allowed so many entries per calendar?? I hope not, otherwise this calendar will not work for me. Please get back to me asap. If people are trying to add entries and failing, they will not return to it. bostonpoet1 |

Re: My calendar is not taking new events --please help!! Silly question, however, are the events marked as "public"? Sarah Giles Support Associate Localendar.com |

Re: My calendar is not taking new events --please help!! I just verified that your calendar *is* working correctly (see private test event added on this date) Are you pasting event details from another program (like Word) into the description? That can cause the issue you describe. It *looks* like this works correctly, but underneath, Word includes a lot of baggage that will overload the limits of the description field. If you want to cut/paste, I suggest pasting into something like Notepad first, and copying from there. This will strip out all of Word's extra junk. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
