Multiple calendars
I want to subscribe to webmaster premium. If I do, will I be able to have multiple calendars under one administrative ID and password? I am the webmaster for a college website, and we want to use localendar for multiple online calendars.

Re: Multiple calendars
Subscriptions are currently per-calendar only. You can have as many logins as you like, but each one would require their own subscription.

There are cost-savings that can be had when you have more than 4 Premium Webmaster calendars. At that point, it makes sense to use free Basic cobranding and sign up for Cobrander Deluxe. That would let you create an unlimited # of calendars at the Webmaster level.

Re: Multiple calendars
This is a very old post, but I would like to create a single view that includes public events, and an internal view that includes hour by hour bookings for stuff. Do I need two calendars and a way to show public events on the second "internal"calendar? Or are there simple ways to have public and "all" in one?

thank you...

Re: Multiple calendars
At the simplest level, events can be marked as either Public or Private.
So you could add all your "internal stuff" as Private Events, and they would not appear on your public calendar view.

Now.. what about those people that need to see Private Events besides yourself? I would probably sign up for a Webmaster subscription, which will let you have other calendar admins. Those people will be able to sign into their account and switch over to your calendar, and view/edit/update the Private (and Public) events there as well.

Of course, if you trust everyone who needs to see these events, then you could just have the 1 account and share your password. That's your call cool
