Default Time Zone
I have the premium service, my default time zone is Pacific, however every time I add an event I have to change the time zone from Eastern to Pacific for every event.

Please advise

I had a similar problem initially. It is not clear, but after you login, choose 'My Profile'. Then choose 'Change My Information'. Near the bottom, set the time zone you want, and then save.

Now I think you will see your correct time zone.
