accoount activation using check payment
ref#Case #19204‏...I am still trying to subscribe to the premium pkg..FAQ says got to "My Money"...where is it?...the ck has been sent and so have emails. Would like to get this resolved asap. I don't find anything except "Edit Acct" and nothing about payment methods, except for paypal...would really like to fix this....thx

I can't find any reference in our FAQ to the string "My Money"
You can manage your subscription under:

I activated a 30 day trial on Premium Webmaster for your account until we can track down the payment. Frequently, we receive payments without any member name, and we have difficultly connecting them to an account.

I will use the support ticket you opened for further discussion since we don't want to discuss potentially personal payment/mail issues in a public forum
