trying to remember my password
I have not signed in for a very long time, I have a new computer and cannot remember my password. I am reasonably certain the user name is MaryAnnRosehnal with no spaces. It may be under Morristown School. I have been paying for this for years at the $29.95, you should have a record of that. I have the same problem with my www.wco.org account I also pay for.
The Morristown account website is www.morristowneld75.org The WCO user name may be wcomusic or wcochildren? Please Help

Hi Mari,

Yes; that is your username - but the fact that you were able to sign on to the forums correctly means you already know the password for MariRosiRosehnal
(so your member name is Mari with an I and not a Y)

The only way to recover a lost password is to request a new one here:
http://www.localendar.com/cal?JSP=PasswordRequest

You will need to know your member name, and hopefully your email address has not changed (if so, please open up a support ticket here: http://www.localendar.com/calendar/contact)

Also, wcochildren is the other member name you were looking for. I note that has a different email address than your MariRosiRosehnal account.

I did submit this problem under tickets 51046 and 38859 and both sent back messages that they were rejected. The wco email is music@wco.org I also went to the reset password but it said it did not have my email on file. The user name for Morristown School is MaryAnnRosehnal That is the only thing I remember for sure. I do not know which email I used. It may have been the school's since I was working there at the time. Now I am a volunteer at home keeping up the website. The school email, if this is the case, not longer exists. They changed the entire system. My personal emails are marirosi@earthlink.net or corsorose25@yahoo.com. Let's deal with the Morristown School issue first and then we can work on WCO. Thanks for any help you may provide.

Please answer my posts. I need to update the calendars on both of these sites. I am paying for the upgrade. This does not seem fair that you cannot solve this problem. I cannot request a new password since I do not remember the original email I used. As I said it may have been an old email from the school's old email that no longer exists. Why won't you help me?

When I followed the link to change my password I received a mailer demon stating it did not go through. I have tried this at least 3 times maybe more with the same result.

What Marc said is correct. Your User name is MariRosiRosehnal (with an 'i', not a 'y'. You can tell your user name by looking at the left hand column (titled Author) of the posts that you make here on this forum. Your UserName is in Blue text.

I looked up your Profile, which you can also do by clicking on your UserName. The Email address listed on your Profile is: corsorose25@yahoo.com.

As Marc also said, you already know your password since you are able to sign into the forums correctly. If you look at the top of the fourm page, under the header of localendar.com Forums, you will see 4 choices, choose the one on the right headed 'My Calendar'. That will allow you to access the calendar associated with this account, so you can make changes.

If you want to CHANGE your password, try again using MariRosiRosehnal as your user name, and corsorose25@yahoo.com as your Email address, and see what happens.

Since you said you have been away from Localendar for quite a while, you may want to refresh yourself with the documentation. Click on this link to download it in a .pdf file:

Also, if you used the Contact Us form to submit a ticket, they are not rejected. Feel free to post the contents of the "rejection" message you received. It is most likely just our auto-responder.

MariRoseRosehnal is not my user name for the Morristown School Calendar. It is something I made up specifically to get into this support forum. I am not getting the answers I need. I need the user name and password for my Morristown School and Wickenburg Children's cultural Organization's calendar. I am positive the user name for Morristown School is MaryAnnRosehnal. I cannot remember the password or the email we used when we first opened the Calendar.
For Wickenburg Children's cultural Organization we may still have been Wickenburg Cultural Organization when we opened the calendar. The user name starts with wco but I do not remember the rest. And, I cannot remember the password. I probably used one of these 3 emails for wco: music@wco.org corsorose25@yahoo.com or marirosi@earthlink.net This is getting very frustrating but thank you for trying to help.

PS I did go to My Profile and My Calendar and there is no pertinent information. I am working with 2 totally separated calendars (actually 3 but I remembered the user name and password for that one). and paying for upgrades on all 3 as a donation to the organizations. There should be an easier way of getting help. If you will notice, localendar, I have several ticket numbers with no results also. To the volunteer, thank you for trying to help.
