Is there a way to check the calendar as it stood a week ago?
Hi all,

Is there a way to go back and check where calendar events stood a week ago? I ask because I think our calendar has been accessed in the last week and a bunch of entries were made that weren't there before. I need to be able to prove it, though. We do not have a Premium account.

Alternatively, is there a way to check when an event was added to calendar, especially if it was added retroactively?

Thanks in advance.

Support will give you the definitive answers, but here are my comments.

I don't understand how anyone can add events to your calendar, unless you have given them the user name and password, since you have the free account. The only exception is if you have had your account less than 30 days. Then you get most of the Premium features on a trial basis.

You only way I know to check exactly when an event was added, is with the Premium account, and set it to have an Email sent to you when any event is added.

Events can be added for a date in the past, as well as a future date. No restrictions on this.

The only way I know to 'prove' what events were added when with a free account is to periodically take a screen shot of the month(s) in question.

Adding a few things to what OPwebmaster said -

First, if you open an event, in the upper top right of the Event Editor is a small line, example:

Last modified on: Jul 15 2016, 4:05 AM GMT

So, if you don't update or edit the event yourself, that date is the last time it was changed.

Otherwise, as OPw notes, it's not possible for someone to add events to your calendar unless you a) share the account login information or b) turn on "Allow visitors to add/edit events" under Options->General

We don't provide a way to "turn back the clock" on a calendar, but of course you can export it at regular intervals if you need historical copies.

Thank you both very much for the information. Our password has been changed so that this situation doesn't arise again. Meanwhile, I was able to find and screenshot the last modified date on the items he entered. That is enough evidence for us.

I appreciate the help!
