Unable to create subaccounts - please reset
Hi,

I have been unable to create subaccounts. I got one to work (http://localendar.com/cobrand/calliduscalendar), but the next two I tried said I already had an account of that name created. Great, I said to myself, I don't remember the password, but I can get that reset with the Forgot Password page. I entered the username and email address. Nope, says Localendar, there isn't a user with that username and email address. Two questions:

1. Can I get the subaccounts for calliduscalendar reset?
2. Where can I manage subaccounts for calliduscalendar?

I need to have this built up by the end of next week to show our SVP, so your prompt attention would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I think we sorted this out via a help ticket - but can you let me know if you are still having problems?

Also - I wanted to mention that our devs are working on a report (which will be accessed by the Cobranding tab under Options) that will list all the sub-accounts created under your account, their creation date, and last login date. It should be pushed out this weekend.
