Cannot Access Account
The system is not letting me login to my account. I submitted a contact form but it said I had to come to the support forum. I was able to login here using the same account name and pw I had but I can't login to my calendar account.

I tried the "forgot pw" feature and the system couldn't find my account name.

I tried the "forgot account name" feature and it sent me the same account name I was using.

So, at this point I can't access my account and I wish we could handle this via the email rather than this forum, please.

I think you may have mis-read the Contact Us form. It does not say you have to use the forums. In fact, it specifically asks you don't use the forums for sign-in issues.

"Form submission unrelated to sign-on or subscription activation may not receive a response."

By the way, the default Problem Category for support tickets is actually "Unable to Sign On"


Anyway,
I believe you are having an issue because your account was created at calendarhome.com and not at localendar.com. When I tried the "forgot password" link at their site for your id and password, it said it would create a new password and mail it to your account.
