Premium Service But Still Have Ads We pay for premium services, yet when I view the calendar from our website, as a customer would, I see ads. This seems to be an ongoing issue for our account as I have had it happen before. |

Re: Premium Service But Still Have Ads This account (dwapnick) hasn't had premium service since Aug, 2017. And I don't see any transactions from Stripe or Paypal related to it on the past year. Are you emailing about a calendar subscription for a different account? Do you have a transaction ID? Can you include a link to where the calendar is published?
