I paid for the premium services in March but when I attempted to setup a discussion board I was told that i had to pay for my premium subscription.

I made the payment via Paypal and have proof.

Can you fix it?

I believe I ran across your email the other day. Are you trying to access your "HPAE" calendar? If so, this calendar does not have the Premium service associated with it, therefore, a discussion board cannot be setup. Your "Theresa110" calendar is the one with the Premium services.
