Is there plans to add email notifcations to events. This is the one area in which we as a church would like to have. Before committing to your premium service we wold like to know if it is on the radar. It is felt your calendar wins hands down in every category except the event notification / reminder

There already is a section on the Event Editor for "Set a Reminder". Did you have some other functionality in mind not covered in that section?

Is there a feature that will allow an email reminder for a viewer of the calendar which has been plugged into a website, to personally sign up for a reminder, i.e. not set up in the calendar as a group list of emails, but an action and also to invite others to sign up for an event? I currently use Church Art Online and love their calendar, but no longer need the other services. I was hoping that your calendar, and I am willing to pay a reasonable fee, would have the same functionality as they do not offer an independent calendar subscription. Thanks,
Lori

We don't current offer "invite" functionality, just the ability for a visitor to export the event to their personal calendar (eg, Outlook, Yahoo, Mac, or Google Calendar)

We are exploring partnership with another firm that offers these features and more, so stay tuned.
