I post the printable view of all my calendars on my school website so that students can see it, but not add things to it. However, if they double click on the number date, they get the option at the bottom to Add Event. I do not want them to add anything, how can I keep this from showing up and not having anyone (except teachers) add events to the calendar? |

If you choose to turn on the "Let visitors add events" setting on your public calendar, then anyone can add events. I would suggest creating a separate calendar just for teachers to use to add events, and then Merging that calendar into your main one. Here's some more info on calendar merging: http://www.localendar.com/docs/display/lc/Group+Calendars ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
