Can I set up a single account that provides me and people with access to more than one calendar (such as personal appointments, business appointments medical appointments, etc..) with Premium Webmaster or Premium Cobrander Functionality? If so, how? |

Not exactly; But you can create a separate calendar for each, and merge them all together into a "master view" with at least Premium Basic. You can share the appropriate "sub" calendars as desired (or give the master one to everyone and color-code the events from different calendars) ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

I have just subscribed to premium webmaster. Is there documentation on how to do the above. Does the master view correlate the premium membership, then use free accounts for the sub calendars? I would also like to find more documentation on the "sharing" premium feature. Thanks Julia |

More info on Secure Sharing is available here: http://www.localendar.com/elsie?JSP=/subscribe/detail_security and on Merging: http://www.localendar.com/elsie?JSP=/subscribe/detail_merge There is no specific "sharing" premium feature. If you want a single aggregated view of, say, 10 dfifferent calendars, you need to perform the following steps: 1) Create a "master" calendar and purchase at least a Premium Webmaster subscription 2) Create all the sub-calendars as individual localendar accounts, and add all your events (making sure to mark them as Public) 3) Go to the master calendar, select the Premium menu tab, then click the Merge button 4) Add the localendar id's of the sub calendars you created. That's it! The public view of the master calendar will now show all the events on the sub calendars. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

I sent an email and received a response saying I should use the forum instead. If I have a Premium Cobrander Deluxe account and want to create several seperate calendars. Can I and will they all have the premuim features? If yes, how do I do this? And... If I use the merge feature, can I still embed the seperate calendars into my website on seperate pages? If I cannot create seperate calendars with premuim feature with the PCD account, may I cancel and instead create several seperate lower tier accounts that will have premium features? I really like the look and functionality of your calendars and discussion boards, and would like to use this service if I can adapt it to my needs. Thanks ! Hi Chrissi, Please see the mail I sent regarding how to use Cobranding to set up unlimited calendars - and how your Premium Cobrander Deluxe subscription will give each of them the features of an individual Premium Webmaster subscription. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
