I'm having the same problem. Frequently I can't log on. Sometimes my username is not recognised. My Subscription does not expire until October.

I think quite a few people are having the same problem, but support seems no were to be seen.

I'm now in my 3rd day of problems and this in my work calendar and I have e-mailed many times now but no response.. maybe they are on holiday.

If anyone finds out anything, please let me know - thank you

Hey folks,

This issue should be corrected. Please let us know if you still have this problem.

Apologies for not addressing this issue sooner. I'm cross-posting this to a bunch of similar threads.

The issue was what intended to be a simple patch intended to address some cross-browser CSS issues (I hate to blame IE, but guess what?). Unfortunately, there was a very subtle bug which did not come out in our testing. It was subtle enough that it took us a bit to trace it back to the patch.

We should have at least posted an update that we were looking into this; I know the lack of communication from our side made members wonder if we were even aware of the issue.
