Is there a way to add an event for consecutive days without creating more than one event. I.E. I would like to add my business trip (5 days) to the calendar without having to create an event for each day.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Jim

Sure. This is a repeating event that just repeats for a few days within the week (have to add an example to our sample calendar...)

For example, if your vacation is from Tues->Fri next week, you'd add an event that starts on 12/7/04 (All Day event, I assume)

Open up the section for "This Event Repeats" and set it to repeat until Friday, 12/10/04. Set that the event repeats:
By Day of Week (when it repeats)
Weekdays (the days on which it repeats; or you could check off Tues through Fri)
Weekly (the frequency it repeats)

That should do it!

Hi - just a comment on this - I found this to be uninuitive - why not have the option to repeat daily, and just enter the end date - I was scratching my head until I read this to figure out how to enter multi-day events.
